During our day to day operations we necessarily build up a degree of local and political expertise in the countries in which we work. This knowledge is being utilised through our colleague Guy Winter, in an ongoing contract to provide strategic advice for a major FMS contractor in Saudi Arabia.
CASE STUDY ONE
A major area of specialisation for Turnkey is in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS). In Fall 2017 our FMS practice was awarded, and is now delivering an extensive 5 year contract in Baghdad, Iraq. The contract is fully FAR governed and involves accommodation, full life support, security, transportation, fuel, potable and grey water, generator and other equipment maintenance, visa services, government liaison and much more. This contract also involves a full camp build on a busy airfield, starting with land lease agreement and UXO clearance and finishing with a fully US spec accommodation and work facility.
